yo im super stuck. I got into the room with the bloody handprint on the white paper and 4 pictures in the room, i picked up 2 items but i have no idea what to do next. Any help would be appreciated

Im stuck again, i opened the room with the tiny chest, static tv and the note that says the key is in the trash. I looked through all 4 trash cans on the level and the trash bags and couldnt find it. Do u know where the key is?
